What do you need to know before placing order? 

10-20 Days Fast Shipping: Customers can choose fast shipping for small orders. Diamond metal toolings are customized products, we produce after customers place orders, normally 3- 7 days' production time, 7-13 days' shipping time by Fedex, DHL and such, customer can receive products in 15-20 days. By the way, it can save shipping cost for order more than 22 kg, about 100 pcs diamond grinding shoes.  

30-40 Days' Cheap Door To Door Ocean Shipping: Customers can choose door to door sea shiping if the order packages are more than 20 kg, we will take care of the custom clearance and you only need to receive the goods delivered to your door. It normally takes 35 days' shipping time, the estimated production and shipping time together is about 40-50 days.  

Payment Term: Customer can choose from Paypal, Stripe, Bank Transfer, Western Union. 30% deposit, 70% balance payment after shipment or 100% prepayment before shipment. 

Inspection Before Shipment: We would send inspection pictures to customers to make sure the product type and packing quantity are right. 

Returns: If we have sent you something different to the one in proforma invoice, we will give you a full refund. If the product is defective, please send us picture or video for confirmation, we will offer a full or part refund after checking with our engineer.
