Comparison of Bush Hammer Rollers
There are three most common used bush hammer rollers，different rollers have different finishes or texturing types.
Texturing type difference
1. The lichi roller can create coarse bush hammered finish or called lichi finish, the finish is silimar to CSP 4-5.
2. The Star roller can create finer finsh compared to the lichi finish, the finish is similar to CSP 2
3. The knurling rollers can create finest sandbasting finish, the finish even finer than CSP 1.
Application Difference.
Lichi rollers can create most coarse finish, star roller finish finer, the sandblasting finish by knurling roller is the finest finish.
Lichi roller most often seen used for outdoors surface，the roller most versatile, used for deep floor coating removing, to prefare concrete floor to increase bonding efficiency, creating antislip finish on outdoor floors.
While star and knurling rollers are most seen for indoor use, those finishes are most seen indoors on stone surface for antislip purpose. Those finishes are seen on stairs, bathroom floors and etc.
By the way, the materials and production process of three rollers are different, the material density of knurling type roller are the hardest and the craftmanship of which the hardest. No welding process needed for star and knurling rollers, but needed for lichi rollers, all the teeth should be welded by hand in Actintool production zone.
